Q. What are the dates and times of the show?
A. The 2008 Ultimate Open House™ will be held April 18-20 and April 25-27. Friday hours 12:00-7:00, Saturday and Sunday 10:00-5:00.

Q. How much does it cost to attend The Ultimate Open House™ event?
A. The Ultimate Open House™ is free to the public.

Q. Where do I get a Guidebook?
 A. Guidebooks will be inserted in the Oregonian for all Oregonian subscribers, on April 19. You can also pick one up at the HBA office located at 15555 SW Bangy Rd, Lake Oswego, OR 97035.

Q. Will the homes be furnished?
A. Some homes will be fully furnished, some will be partially furnished and some will not be furnished at all.

Q. How do I find a home with green features?
A. Look for one of these three labels on the home listings:

                 

Q.How were the builders picked to participate in the show?
A. All builders in The Ultimate Open House™ are Home Builders Association members who applied to participate in the tour.

Q. Do I have to bring my realtor?
A. Realtors are welcome but you don't have to bring one with you. The beauty of The Ultimate Open House™ is that we have gathered all the information into one place so it is easy to find the homes that that are interesting to you and shows you how to get to them.
